After the initial period of organically growing the business and establishing an ability to deliver coast to coast campaigns, we are now entering the next stage of development. This stage will see the current team aggressively up-scale to meet the increasing demands of our clients and our ambitions, and will allow us to develop into an agency that is capable of running multiple campaigns for clients on a large and small scale consecutively.

The primary role of the Account Manager is to take a proactive role in delivering project excellence and driving growth and development of client accounts. This not only involves brilliant planning and delivery of individual campaigns but also requires a commercially savvy approach that ensures that agency wide trusted relationships are built that lead to Our client being the agency of record for all future staffing requirements from your client roster.
Roles & Responsibilities

Interrogate client briefs to create campaign development and activation plans by applying best practice staffing and general project management.
To create project budgets that meet business targets of revenue and margin
To deliver client campaigns to the highest standards using the full range of resource available within the business
To define and deliver core agency skills including staff sourcing, training and campaign evaluation etc
To contribute to organically growing the existing client base by identifying and seizing opportunities from clients. This will be achieved through a combination of confident up-selling and proven delivery quality.
As required contribute to the development of the relationship between the client and agency at senior and operational level
Where required provide leadership to the junior team to ensure timely and quality of project delivery
To provide detailed operational and commercial reporting to ensure that project progress is accurately reported internally and that commercial targets are being achieved.
To highlight any foreseen problems with project delivery at the earliest opportunity
As required contribute to new business opportunity responses teams in order to win and develop accounts.
Where required to contribute to company communications tasks, including writing PR articles, case studies and blog entries
Demonstrate an understanding of the wider internal and external environment impacting the business
To become an expert on your clients’ business to achieve valued partner status and to demonstrate through delivery what makes a ‘good decision’ from a commercial point of view.
To contribute to a fun, stimulating and nurturing working environment and help all team members realise their full personal and professional potential.
Other tasks and responsibilities as reasonably required by the business


2-3 years experience in a commercially focused client services role preferably within the staffing or experiential sector
Well-developed interpersonal skills and experience in interacting and building trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
A first class listener and communicator, with a willingness to confront issues and make decisions.
Commercially savvy approach with a demonstrable financial acumen.
Strong project management skills
Detailed experience of business tracking and financial systems and processes including mark-up, invoicing, POs etc
Excellent project management skills including time management, numeracy skills and a high attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presenting skills.
Ability to work as a team with senior stakeholders whilst also supporting the development of junior members of the team

Nature of Work

Full time – 5 days per week
Salary according to experience
Based in Los Angeles but with the flexibility to travel as client projects require

The role may be offered on a fixed term basis in the first instance

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $65,000.00 /year
