Focusing on the end to end process of managing documents including Networking Solutions, Technology Solutions, outbound bulk printing and hybrid mail.

Managed Print Solutions (MPS) operate nationally across the UK working with blue chip and public sector and SME clients to develop innovative solutions for their document print strategy requirements.

Our client occupies a unique position in the market being part of the largest BPO organisation in the UK. They are the only company that presently can demonstrate the ability to deliver in house as well as end to end total document solution to any size of organisation.

Our client has an exciting role in our expanding Bid’s Team, due to significant success in being awarded on several Government Frameworks. Working in the Bids Team, within Professional Services Team, the role is to produce professionally written bespoke responses to Tenders, RFI’s, ITT’s and PQQ’s, that clearly articulates the organisations value proposition. Acting as a point of contact /information for both customers and the Sales teams, you will have effective communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.

You will be involved in all aspects of the bid life cycle, from leading story boarding sessions, participating in key review meetings / final document review, content sign off and document production. This is a key role, in a fast-paced environment, working on multiple Bids & Tenders, alongside key stakeholders within the business.

• To effectively project manage the completion of bids & tenders, within defined timescales, escalating issue where they arise
• To provide all contributors with style guides and individual response templates
• Re-write / edit proposal responses from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, technical teams, finance and commercial
• To chair kick off meeting on tenders and ensure all contributors are clear on their objectives
• Support the creation of Managed Print Solutions where required
• Bring together content from various sources to produce a bespoke response for each customer
• Accuracy in completing documents and price elements of bids & tenders
• Support in the administration of various tender portals
• Offer Pre-sales support including responses to RFI’s and PQQ’s
• Attention to detail is key and advanced skills on Word
• Create, develop and coordinate a body of corporate responses for the direct sales team
• Liaise with, and support, cross functional departments to ensure knowledge is up to date and accurate information is supplied in all responses
• Maintain an up to date awareness and knowledge of the product range including solutions
• Carry out other projects/duties as required
• Maintain close working relationships with members of the Bids and Tender Team
• Utilise the support available from other departments to maximum effect e.g. Marketing, Professional Services, Sales etc
