Foresight Associates are delighted to be recruiting for the UK’s largest outsourcing specialist and leading professional services company.

THE ROLE
The role of the Business Consultant will sit within the Professional Services team and will work with the sales division to provide specialist consultancy in Print Management, Document Management and Document Distribution to identify and convert opportunities to sell our clients range of software solutions to new business and maximise opportunities in existing accounts to improve market share and increase profitability.

KEY ACCOUNTIBLITIES
• Support sales teams in deriving a solution and presenting to customers
• Contribute to both role and team continuous improvement activities
• Assist with RFIs, tenders, RFPs, project opportunities, and presentations, construct solutions and present them professionally to relevant stakeholders and customers as required
• Build a customer intimate culture through consultancy to ensure relationships are mutually beneficial and are subject to continuous improvement
• Provide support and guidance to the Consultants within the MPS Consulting team
• Provide Print and Document Management expertise, providing consultancy services as directed
• To interview client’s key policy makers and gather relevant information to enable understanding of client requirements to design appropriate solutions in conjunction with relevant sales colleagues
• Presentation of consultancy results to customers up to and including senior management levels
• Provide on-going accurate forecasts, update forecast and pipeline management system at all times in a timely manner
• Attend and participate in meetings as requested

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Job Experience Essential skills:
• Experience of networking and developing strong relationships
• Experience of defining and delivering Print Solutions / Managed Print Solutions
Job Experience Desirable skills:
• Working with Public and Private sector business
Technical skills Essential:
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, with a focus on Excel, Powerpoint and Visio
• Knowledge and experience of conducting Print Output and Document workflow assessments
Technical skills desirable:
• Working with Public and Private sector business
