THE ROLE
Foresight Associates are delighted to be recruiting for the UK’s largest outsourcing specialist and leading professional services company.
This role is to engage effectively with clients, New Business clients and Partners, delivering full portfolio of products services and solutions. Be recognised by ‘C-Level’ as an empowered executive. This position will play a major part in the success of our clients strategy and as such the successful candidate will have at least 5 years of successful Document Process Management sales knowledge and experience.
You must be able to work collaboratively to secure business; the role will work with the existing Sales and Client Services teams, as well as key elements of the Senior Management Team. You will deliver their go to market strategy with responsibility for pipeline development, opportunities and contract closure. In the role you will be:
• Creating and closing new business opportunities for the company in new and existing accounts
• Achieving Revenue and Gross Margin targets.
• Work closely with delivery functions in ensuring successful execution of projects.
• Build a personal sales pipeline/funnel to set up for long-term success.

KEY ACCOUNTIBLITIES
• Achieve sales targets through the securing of new contracts and revenue streams
• Developing and implementing strategic account visions and strategies for target Enterprise accounts
• Leading and driving business process outsourcing & single source contract opportunities.
• Leading and motivating virtual teams to deliver profitable, multi-year contracts
• Leading end to end sales cycles from lead generation to negotiation and strategic direction thorough to transition planning and final implementation.
• Have a range of valuable and demonstrable relationships with appropriate clients
• Ownership of the pipeline and demand generation activity necessary to achieve targets
• Take a structured and collaborative approach to market engagement
• Identify, target and mature relationships in key target accounts and organisations
• Engagement with marketing to drive lead generation
• Management of pipeline, sales plans and sales documentation as appropriate
• Develop strategic relationships between executives and equivalent contacts within new customers.
• Maintain an excellent understanding of the market and our competitor’s products.

Job Experience - Essential:
• Have detailed and recent experience selling IT solutions to the enterprise market
• Be able to demonstrate deep market understanding of the document management industry
• Have a detailed awareness of the Financial Services, Utility, Telco and Corporate verticals
• Possess strong commercial awareness and experience of sales forecasting and reporting
• Have a proven track record achieving against targets and selling up to senior board level
• Understand strategic selling and have the ability to negotiate and close major deals
• Adopt a creative, collaborative and focussed approach to business problem solving
• Have experience in leading major RFQ, RFI and RFP bid responses

Job Experience – Desirable:
• Experience working in a large corporate company environment
• Understanding of an IT infrastructure in the business environment
• Have a clear understanding of Central and Local Government Frameworks
• Have detailed and recent experience selling Managed Document (MDS) and Document Process

Technical Skills – Essential:
• Microsoft literate in Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Technical Skills – Desirable:
• Knowledge of or previous use of Sales Force
