This is a great company offering a range of integrated services that can enable organisations to dramatically improve how a huge stream of information is input, handled, archived, and then output and communicated by the business. Focusing on the end to end process of managing documents including Outsourced Print, Hybrid mail, Scanning and Archiving and Managed Print.

Managed Print operates nationally across the UK working with blue chip and public sector and SME clients to develop innovative solutions for their document print strategy requirements. A major partner with leading technology developers in the print production sector.

The role of Pre Sales Consultant will sit within the Professional Services team and will work with the sales division to provide specialist consultancy in Print Management, Document Management and Document Distribution to identify and convert opportunities to sell the Managed Print Services range of software solutions to new business and maximise opportunities in existing accounts to improve market share and increase profitability.

KEY ACCOUNTIBLITIES

Provide Print and Document Management expertise, providing consultancy services as directed
Address the technical requirements, throughout the consultative sales process
Provide subject matter expertise during the pre-sales engagement with external customers contributing to the Tender / RFP process
Provide in depth knowledge and solutions consultancy to aid in the sales of the portfolio of Print & Document Management solutions, to include, but not exclusive to; PCounter, Equitrac, PaperCut, eCopy, ATI and Everyone Print and any other portfolio products that are brought into the MPS portfolio of products
Build a customer intimate culture through consultancy to ensure relationships are mutually beneficial and are subject to continuous improvement
Contribute in coordinating and planning to win opportunities articulating and demonstrating the features and benefits of the range of print and document workflow solutions
Assess customer’s needs and present options to improve their business performance promoting the value of the solutions and on-going services and support
Manage your time to meet deadlines and to achieve the key performance indicators for your role
Ensure that all business transactions are written in line with company policies and standards
Provide on-going accurate forecasts, update forecast and pipeline management system at all times in a timely manner
Attend and participate in meetings as requested
Work in collaboration with and utilise the support from other teams and divisions, providing internal customers with technical pre-sales consultancy, completion of the Statement of Requirement (SoR) and technical specification documentation

Attend training sessions where required in order to complete required skill set
Adheres to all policies and procedures

This will be a field based position, however due to the distributed nature of the business, some travel and occasional overnight stays may be required.
