Sales Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Sales Manager to join a successful and well established networking and security integrator.We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our new customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company innovative and competitive.

You will have a minimum of 3 years in sales management and will be looking for the next opportunity where you will have significant input towards shaping the sales operation in our next phase of growth.

Main responsibilities

-Assist in developing a sales strategy and sales plan in support of the Company’s business plan

-Manage the Sales Team on a day to day basis

-Ensure effective selling and promotion of the company’s full-service portfolio into both new and existing customers via the sales team

-Work with the Sales Team to qualify and respond to customer requirements

-Manage pipeline of the sales team and ensure 30/60/90 days funnel is growing consistently

-Conduct performance review sessions and drive a high-performance culture

-Recruit to the Sales Team in line with company growth strategy

-Build solid working relationships with customers and strategic vendors

-Work with the Marketing Manager to drive best value from the marketing budget and activity with a prime focus on lead generation and touching key target prospects in our addressable market.


Key Experience required

-Minimum 3 years’ experience of Sales Management

-Experience of working within a Networking and Security Integrator

-Experience of working with customers in the Service Provider and Mid-Market Enterprise space

-Experience of designing, supporting and executing against sales strategy to achieve company objectives

-Demonstrable track record of recruiting, managing and leading a sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual company growth targets

-Demonstrable experience of objective setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team members and managing performance issues in a timely and structured manner.
