• Motivate and encourage sales staff
• Coach, develop and improve sales ability
• Provide advice with nay job related challenges
• Observe calls – provide feedback and training
where necessary
• Implement expectations

• Relevant experience in a mentoring / Team leader

• Full training will be given – which will result in a
Team Leader Diploma

• Undertake reasonable requests given by the
management of the company
• Portray a positive image of both the company and
the job
• Must show an organised approach to all duties
• Must be polite and courteous when dealing with
both internal and external customers
